FAQs (Frequent Asked Questions)

Do I need to make an appointment?   
We suggest that you make an appointment as there may be others scheduled, however it is always a pleasure to receive you even without an appointment, in this case we will attend you as soon as possible, the approximate waiting time may be around 20 minutes.
Do you accept international insurance?
Thanks to our friends at NomadRx, we now accept your international medical insurance! Go to the next link, you'll know in a few minutes if we are able to accept your international insurance: https://www.nomadrx.co/onboard/health4all 
Once it's done, just send us a WA, e-mail to [email protected] or send us your request by "contact" in this same website so we can help to schedule your appointment! 
Do not book directly on the booking link, as your card will be automatically charged and we will not be able to help you to make your transaction through your insurance company. 
I am looking for a special medical service that I can’t find, could you help me anyway?
Of course! In this case we suggest you send a WA or e-mail with your special request, Dr. Paulina will gladly guide you to solve your needs.
Do you offer vaccines?
Yes, you just need to let us know which ones you need at least 24 hours in advance. Send us a WA or e-mail.
Are labs and medicines included in the consultation?
They are not included, but we will quote you fair prices and if you need it we will help you get your medication.
